Qualification :
- Minimum D3/S1 (Psychology/MSDM/Law)
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in same position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Familiar with HRIS system and psychological tools
Job Description :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding)
- Handle employee documentation, filing, and HR administration tasks
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll administration to ensure the data accurate
- Monitoring daily attendance and employee administration (anual leave, sick leave, etc)
- Support general HR functions including employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Manage BPJS & WLKP (registration, data changes, termination)
