Job Description :
- Performing regular inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors and other machinery
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Following standardized maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance planning and execution
- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations and procedure
Qualification :
- Diploma 3 graduate for Mechanical engineering (Senior high school/ Bachelor’s degree won’t be processed)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a mechanical maintenance role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting (also open for fresh graduate)
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment and repair techniques
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discipline and responsible to any rules that has been decided (Safety dan Time Schedule)
