Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Management & Succession Planning:
- Partner with HR and leadership to develop talent management strategies that support business goals.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and create succession plans.
- Monitor and track employee progress and development to ensure long-term growth within the company.
- Career Development :
- Work with employees to help them define career paths and growth opportunities within the organization.
- Provide coaching and mentorship programs to support individual development.
- Encourage continuous improvement and lifelong learning among employees.
- Performance Management :
- Collaborate with managers to implement performance review processes and set development goals for employees.
- Monitor progress toward professional goals and provide feedback to – improve performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Engineer
- Proven experience in development, or talent management.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in people development, talent management or related field
