Responsibilities include but not limited :
- Monitor compliance of the sourcing and procurement process.
- Prepare and manage CIVD announcements and registration.
- Assist vendor registration in ME GEP system.
- Administer post-tender document templates.
- Support pre-qualification process and bidder correspondence.
- Assist in ad-hoc procurement or SCM-related project assignments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in daily SCM operations.
- Gain hands-on experience in the overall procurement cycle and material management practices in oil & gas.
Qualifications :
- Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
- Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Strong communication skills and assertive personality.
- Tech-savvy in data analysis; knowledge of product or graphic design is a plus.
- Experience in leadership roles in university organizations or event management is a plus.
- Able to comply with company policies, especially HSSE.
- Attentive to detail, analytical, accurate, and orderly.
- Cautious, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and able to manage priority tasks.
- Sociable and able to work effectively in a team environment.
