Role Description :
- Run full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage job platforms and track performance regularly
- Support employer branding efforts on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Build a strong hiring database and help with employee training needs
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Law
- 1+ year of experience in FMCG, beauty, or start-up industry
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for Blue Collar roles
- Creative in hiring strategies & familiar with platforms like LinkedIn, Glints, and Jobstreet
