Job Descriptions :
- Process ticket bookings via online systems or in-person transactions
- Handle payment processing, refunds, and exchanges following company policies
- Provide detailed information on schedules, pricing, and event rules
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and ticketing issues
- Generate daily sales reports and reconcile cash and card payments
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent
- One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Proficiency in using ticketing software systems
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment processing procedures
- Peasant personality with great hospitality atittude
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challengin situations
