Responsibilities :
- Handle ticket sales, including schedule changes (reissues)
- Provide accurate information to passengers regarding fares, policies, and procuders
- Issue supporting documents such as excess baggage, MCO, and FIM
- Be on standby at the check-in area to assist with ticket purchase and excess baggage matters
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service to ensure passenger satisfaction in all ticket-related processes
Requirements :
- Minimum 18 years old
- Height at least 159 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Has at least high school diploma, college graduates are preferred
- Fluent using English as daily working communication
- Has general knowledge of geography
- Well-groomed appearance and attractive
- Agree to work shift hour
- Willing to be placed in the assigned station
- Placement Soekarno-Hatta Airport, CGK
