Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the daily warehouse and material control operations, including supervision of staff, equipment, and systems.
- Oversee material receiving processes — verifying quantities and quality together with Material Users.
- Plan and maintain an effective material storage system that ensures accessibility, safety, and quality preservation.
- Supervise material preservation activities throughout the storage period.
- Prepare accurate reports on incoming materials and inventory movements.
- Manage all warehouse documentation, including Material Receiving Reports (MRR), Material Discrepancy Reports (OSDR), and stock cards.
- Control and approve material issuance based on MIS/MBS documents.
- Monitor and verify material returns and excess materials from subcontractors.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock opname activities.
- Manage the receipt and handling of project scrap materials.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Management
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehouse or Inventory Management with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in EPC industries
- Strong understanding of Warehouse and Inventory Control processes
- Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in executing and supporting project operations
- Willing to be assigned in job site North Kalimantan
