Job Description :
- Responsible to conduct, compile, and analyze company performance data from task forces, facilitating accurate and timely data reporting, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to realize business objectives to maintain competitive advantage and allocate resources appropriately to support all HCML operations.
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical or other related Engineering disciplines.
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in drilling& Completion and well intervention Function in Oil& Gas Industry.
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in drilling and completion, or well intervention on-site activities.
- Familiarity with ISO, API, NORSOK, and NACEMR0175/ISO 15156 standards for HPHT and sour gas well environmental.
- Have experience in well integrity & compliance, well integrity monitoring & risk management, annulus pressure management, temperature and pressure logging, corrosion monitoring, gas migration and wellhead & Xmas tree integrity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with drilling, completion, production, maintenance and HSE teams.
- Strong leadership and project management skills for well integrity initiatives.
- Technical support on well integrity-related workovers, well intervention, and well P&A activities.
- Data analysis (analyze pressure, annulus fluid behavior, and production data to detect anomalies and integrity concerns) and Digital well integrity management (experience in well integrity software).
- IWCF Level 3 (Well control, IADC, Equivalence requirement) certification is preferable Conduct periodic well integrity audits and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
